John T. McGrath, Jr. is a three-decade flooring veteran and international director of INSTALL – the International Standards and Training Alliance. Mr. McGrath is an INSTALL-certified mechanic, often speaks about flooring issues at various industry functions, and works with many professional construction groups throughout the country to offer installation expertise and counseling.
